Shout Network Golf Day Raises Funds for The Anderton Centre!

While members and guests were bringing their A game to the green of Leyland Golf Club at the Shout Network Golf Day on Monday 23rd May, funds were being raised for Chorley’s Anderton Centre, a long-standing Shout Network member.

Phil Thompson of Key Control Services, alongside his co-pilot Freya Hesketh of Shout Network, drove around the course in a buggy collecting the money. The total raised was £176.20 which has been put towards the purchase of adaptable stand-up paddle boards.

Ian Coupe, Director of Shout Network, said: “The Anderton Centre has been a member of the network for a few years now. It’s always rewarding to be able to support our charity members, and the Golf Day presented the perfect opportunity to raise funds and awareness for the Anderton Centre. We hope they reach their target for purchasing the adaptable stand-up paddle boards very soon.”
