Key Holding: The Process Explained

You are subscribing to our Key Holding & Alarm Response Service, the annual subscription fee is for the administration of the Service, covering:

• All associated administration.
• 365 days a year 24/7 storage of keys and codes in our secure vault.
• The availability of professionally  licenced security officers on call to respond to alarm activations.

Please note that call outs are charged as follows:

• £48.00 + VAT for up to 1 hour on site and then £12.00 + VAT every 15 minutes thereafter.
• It is rare that call outs extend beyond an hour on site unless a serious incident has occurred such as break in, flood, fire etc.
