Phil Thompson retired from a successful career in the Manchester Police in 1998 and started Key Control Services (KCS). He utilised the knowledge gained from his time in the force to forge an award-winning security company that is respected by both customers and competitors. Over recent years, Phil worked closely with then Operations Director, Paul Haynes with a view to expanding and securing the business into the future.
