Solicitors show skills in a different Court!!

In the 2nd charity 5 a side organised by Key Control Services Ltd Forbes Solicitors were the worthy winners by beating AO.com Team 1 in the final by 3-2.

The competition which took place at Bolton Arenas excellent outdoor pitches was contested by 8 teams.

Last years winners William Hare reached the semi-finals and surrendered a 3-0 lead to the eventual winners who completed a tremendous fight back to win 4-3. This was a repeat of one of last years semi-final in which William Hare ran out winners and went on to win the tournament. Forbes repeat their feat by having won the semi went on to win a closely contested final.

The teams that played in last years event and all expressed their compliments to the organisation of the event and the standard of football which they said had improved on last years competition.

William Hare didn’t go home empty handed as Matt O’Neill was voted player of the tournament and Lee Dyson goalkeeper of AO.com team 1 was voted best goalkeeper.

The proceeds of the event are for The Bolton Lads and Girls Club and Key Control Services will be forwarding the process expected to be around £600 to the Club in the very near future.

Phil Thompson Managing Director of Key Control would like to thank the teams for their participation and tremendous sportsanship during the competition and also to the staff of Bolton Arena, especially, Laura Porter and Marcus Brown for their help and support in organising the event.

We look forward to next years event where we are hoping to have 16 teams participating.
