Say hello to our new Operations Supervisor, Rob Walker
Rob, 33, is a former professional footballer who played for Oldham Athletic Football Club for 3 years before having to retire from the game due to injury.
A left winger, he played against teams in what is now League One.
Rob re-joined Key Control Services earlier this year as a Team Leader after having previously worked for the company for 3 years. He has many years’ front-line experience in the security industry.
Operations Supervisor Role
Rob’s role of Operations Supervisor involves ensuring that the company’s services are delivered efficiently and effectively to clients. This covers both the company’s team of mobile and static security officers.
Rob, who is a devoted father, lives in Astley Bridge, Bolton, with his 10-year-old son called Ethan.
A delighted Rob said: “I’m very happy about my promotion. I have a great working relationship with Paul, our General Manager, and enjoy working here, which provides a really valuable service to our clients.”
“I’d like to thank both the MD Phil Thompson and General Manager Paul Haynes for giving me this opportunity to progress within the company and in my new role.”
Paul Haynes, General Manager, said: “Rob has a wealth of front-line experience in the security industry and has been promoted from within our company after showing consistent evidence of high performance across all areas.”
Key Control Services provides security services such as manned guarding, key holding and alarm response, mobile patrols and vacant property inspections to a wide range of commercial and domestic clients across the country.
